Crypto fear is back. Here’s why I’m not worried🤷‍♀️.

Crypto fear is back. Here’s why I’m not worried🤷‍♀️.

We’re seeing a lot of negativity in global markets right now, and crypto is no exception. Last week the mood was ‘Greed’. This week it’s ‘Fear’. A reminder of how quickly sentiment can change in this space!

It’s easy to feel panicked when things like this happen, which is why I wanted to send out a quick reminder of an important investing principle:

Education over emotion. Every time.

The fundamentals haven’t changed.

Big dips like this have happened before.

History shows we bounce back stronger.

The truth is, we’ve seen plenty of events over the years that felt catastrophic at the time. And crypto has been pronounced dead more times than I can count!

Yet here we are – still building, still innovating, still going strong.

Cast your mind back to March 2020 when the world was in full-blown panic over Covid. Bitcoin crashed ~50% from $10,000 to $4,800 in just days. Ethereum dropped from $250 to $110.

It felt like everything was falling apart. And many investors panicked, sold at a loss, and walked away.

But those who let emotions drive their decisions missed what came next:

Bitcoin gained 1,400%. Ethereum climbed over 4,300%.

That’s the thing about the crypto market – it recovers when the fundamentals are solid, but emotion can cause us to miss the rebound.

I know it’s tempting right now to keep refreshing your tracking apps. But trust me, it’s not going to help you stay grounded.

We’ve been here before and the advice is always the same.

Zoom out.

Yes, the volatility is real. But you can ride it far more smoothly when your mindset is steady. History has shown us that dips are part of the journey, and strong projects come out the other side even stronger. Rational decisions, backed by research and patience, will always beat knee-jerk reactions.

So stay calm. Stay grounded. Don’t let the headlines – or your emotions – throw you off course.

Crypto has weathered worse and come out shining. Long-term vision always wins in this game.
