Every single one of us needs to start seeing ourselves as The Master Visionary.
Because if we don’t have a vision for our lives, who does?
When I was in my 20’s I was exposed to many wealthy and abundant people. I was mentored by millionaires, I learned from billionaires and I studied a whole group of people who bought Bitcoin when it was just cents in the dollar. And what I noticed about every single one of them was this:
They all had a natural ease around wealth and abundance.
To these individuals, financial freedom wasn’t a dream, it was a fundamental truth. They were effortlessly and naturally convinced that abundance was their birthright.
As I examined this more closely, I saw they’d all done one particular thing to cultivate this attitude and create their dream life.
They decided what their ‘normal’ was going to be.
These people didn’t accept the offer of poverty, lack, and swapping their valuable hours for measly dollars. They chose another path entirely, one where wealth and abundance were not aspirations, but normal expectations in life.
Let’s just stop and dwell here for a moment…
Why have we, as a society, agreed that financial freedom is a dream only a lucky few can have? Why do we see debt, mortgages, illness and never-ending stress as the norm? And why do we view people who don’t live this way as so different?
Shouldn’t this all be the other way around?
It’s Not Our Fault, But It Is Our Responsibility
Our cultural conditioning and social engineering model a certain way of life to us, and we believe that’s just how it is. From early childhood onwards, we’re taught that ‘normal’ is to not be free.
But is that really what life is about? Or have we been sold the inversion?
To me, a natural state of being is to have peace and harmony, to have plenty of time to support my community. To work on projects that inspire myself and others and to never have to worry about putting a roof over my head. THIS is what should be normal.
So I ask you, if we’ve been successfully programmed to have a limited view of life, could we also be programmed the other way?
The answer is yes.
We absolutely can dismantle our old beliefs if we show up for ourselves and do the work. We can make a different choice, and we (and only we) can define what we’d like our normal to be.
Something to think about.
