In today’s world, it’s easy to fall into the scarcity trap. We’re constantly bombarded with messaging that reinforces the scarcity notion. However, if you take a step back and look at things objectively, you can see that scarcity is largely an illusion. We actually live in a world of abundant possibilities and resources, we just need to be open to seeing them.
Let’s take Mother Earth for example. If you take an objective look around, you might be surprised to see a marvel of renewable resources. We have sunlight, wind, water and oxygen in abundance.
What about ideas? Each and every one of us has a universe inside our minds, where we can create anything we can imagine! There is no scarcity there, only boundless possibilities.
What about nature? Grass, trees, leaves, and even weeds growing up through the cracks of the footpath. Nature is everywhere, there is no scarcity of it.
When we’re bombarded with scarcity messaging, we can start believing the hype. In fact, we could be forgiven for thinking we’re living on borrowed time and scarce resources.
But it’s simply not the truth.
We live in an abundant world that is constantly regenerating and providing for us. It’s the illusion that prevents us from recognising it.
How do we change it?
By disconnecting from the messaging and opening our eyes to what’s real. By shifting perspective and recognising the abundance in our world, we dial into that vibrational frequency and start to receive even more abundance and more things to be grateful for.
